Before any work begins, you'll receive a detailed quotation outlining the scope of work, labour costs and materials, so you know exactly what is included. Once your quotation has been accepted, that's the price you'll pay. The only exception is if you request additional work or changes to the original specification, which will always be discussed and agreed with you beforehand.

Unlike many contractors, we don't believe in unexpected extras. We do not charge call-out fees, travelling time or parking costs, and you'll never find hidden charges added to your final invoice.
